This captivating artwork is based on a photograph I took while visiting Chester Zoo. The Baby Orangutan was hanging on nylon straps, and I knew that I wanted to create a drawing replacing the straps with trees to create a more natural environment.
My hope is to evoke a sense of connection and appreciation for these incredible animals and their rightful place in the wild.
Not only will you bring home a piece of the rainforest with this delightful original artwork, but you will also contribute to the conservation efforts for oranguatns and their habitats. A portion of the proceeds from this sale will be donnated to Chester Zoo, supporting their ongoing mission to protect and preserve these incredible animals.
